1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OMNI hospital management system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
OMNI provides a cloud-based hospital management platform that includes patient registration, appointment scheduling, clinical encounter documentation, pharmacy management, billing, and reporting capabilities.
3. Eligibility
OMNI is available to licensed healthcare facilities. By using our services, you represent that your organization is a legitimate healthcare provider authorized to operate in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration
Access to OMNI is by invitation only. Your organization must complete our onboarding process and designate authorized administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use OMNI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Upload malicious code or interfere with system operations
- Use the service to store or transmit content that violates applicable laws
6. Data Ownership
Your organization retains ownership of all data entered into the OMNI system. We do not claim ownership of your patient records, financial data, or other proprietary information.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Fees and Payment
Subscription fees are based on your selected plan and will be communicated during onboarding. Payment terms and billing cycles will be specified in your service agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data in a standard format.
10. Limitation of Liability
OMNI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of OMNI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
